"Let's Go"

I like the Diaz brothers. I don't care how much they talk. Their fights are exciting and they just don't give a fuck. I know a lot of fighters say that they don't either. But none of them portray that attitude better than Nick and Nate Diaz. But this Michael Johnson character is no joke. I saw his last fight, and I tell you what, he will knock your head into the front row if you let him. Not sure why anyone would let him, I'm just saying. This will be a good one if it happens. Their styles will make for an exciting fight. This should be a five rounder.

"Six Minutes"

And the Sports Movie Scene of the Day goes to.......

"It's What Happens In Those Six Minutes" - Elmo

Vision Quest. Those words alone give me goose bumps. If you have not seen the movie, go fire up the Netflix. You wanna be great? You wanna change the world? You wanna over come the odds when everyone thinks you can't? You ever heard of Pele?  It's in our nature to want to succeed, so go be great.

"Fire in Detroit"

Fire in Detroit. That sounds like the name of a rock band. I wonder how the fire started? I was stuck in Detroit last year for Christmas. The whole place smelled like urine. I mean the air your breathed smelled like urine. So, with that being said. This fire must have been started by the gangs of homeless people that run the city. This is all assumption of course.

"Peyton The Great"

Does this surprise anyone? The man is a God damn robot. He is the greatest Quarterback of all time. For years I have switched on who holds that title. Marino, Farve, Montana, Brady. Wait, fuck Tom Brady. Only because he plays in New England. New England sports get enough God damn praise. Every year one of their teams wins a championship. I am fucking tired of it.

But yeah, the greatest Quarterback of all time is Peyton Manning. Especially if he brings another title to Denver. You know what? I want to thank Eli Manning for this. I know that it bothers Peyton that Eli has more Championships. The brother he used to gives wedgies to. I bet that shit keeps him up at night.

"See Ya"

Your preference is to stay in New York? I call bullshit on this one. How much do you want to bet that Melo bolts to LA? Another big market team where he can get away with being lazy. I should not say these things. I'm a fan and had such high hopes for New York Knick Basketball. But he is bailing and I guess I can't blame him.

"No TV, No TV"

Yikes. If this is not the white flag of surrender I don't know what is. Lakers pulled from TV? Shit. I tell you what, few people care. I mentioned this once in a post before. If the Lakers are losing you don't hear a God damn peep from anyone in LA. But, if they are winning. You can't get them to shut the fuck up. So, this kind of makes me happy. Hey Steve Nash. Good job!

"Defeated"

They should stop this. It's not worth it. The kid might have some glory now. But glory is fleeting. He will end up only growing to about 5'3. Then what? I'm short so I know that lifting this heavy weight at such a young age is not worth it. Does anyone think that there is a future in weight lifting? You gonna be making the big bucks are ya? I don't think so. Being short equals less pussy. Trust me.
